NZ Dotterel immature or adult ?

NZ Dotterel immature or adult ?

Three NZ Dotterels at separate places on the reclaimed shore at Taumanu reserve Auckland yesterday evening. Two were adults in breeding plumage and I'm not sure if this one is an adult in non-breeding plumage or immature.
