Possible Nankeen Kestrel Lake Tekapo

A possible Nankeen Kestrel was seen on the Godley Peaks Road, about1km south of the Mt John turn off, around 10am this morning.

How sure are you of this sighting? I had a look around that area yesterday early afternoon and didn't see this bird.

Beware black fronted terns hovering over the plains guys.
