Little Tern still at Foxton Beach

Also a pair of Pacific Golden Plover in full breeding plumage and about 26 Wrybills. Still 55 BT Godwit there today and 11 Red Knot. No sign of any Godwit at Ohau.

Your post rang a bell and I had a look back through some shots I took at the Manawatu Estuary on 23rd February and there, in front of some white fronted terns were two little terns. I had meant to go back to my pics and check the smaller terns out but forgot! Thanks for the reminder!
