Robin or wagtail chch?

Interesting report on Inaturalist https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/205442879

Reporters history show nearly 300 reports in CHCH so could be worth watching, image is very suspect however due to being of a laptop

It's a Willy Wagtail - but it is also clearly a photo taken of a photo on a laptop screen so I'd think it wasn't taken by him in Christchurch.

The observation is flagged "casual". The location is clearly suspect.

It’s definitely a Willie wagtail but probably not photographed in NZ
