Four kakas at farm.

Postby Clinton9 » Fri May 18, 2018 6:55 pm

I had seen four kakas at farm I worked, for nearly 10 past years.

Here is a photo I photographed this kaka today (18/5/18).

Great stuff Clinton. Heard several Kaka pre-dawn in Paeroa this morning. Presumably the usual flock is back in the domain again. My wife also saw one west of Morrinsville last week too.

We’ve had our ones in Morrinsville back for the last few months.

I think we may have had a couple that over summered. Or atleast returned shortly into the new year. Only seen between 4-5 though.
