Little Black Shag taxonomy

This new paper on the Indian Cormorant shows that it is sister to the Little Black Shag.

FYI - Here's a couple of pics of Indian Little Cormorants taken in Northern Sumatra (we're they've recently colonised) a few weeks ago. They have proportionately long tails but stumpy bills.
