Andrew Robinson reports (with photos) via Facebook that a New Zealand Storm Petrel was seen on a pelagic trip off the central NSW coast (from Terrigal) yesterday:

My old Aussie pelagic trip really delivering! On ya Andy!

They had an Atlantic Yellow-nosed Albatross and a Herald Petrel all recently, too. Very cool.

Interestingly, Andrew Robinson reports that it was a distinct bird to the one they saw on the previous trip, and this is borne out by the group's photos. So at least two NZSP's hanging out across the ditch at the moment!
