I would also like to know what type of camera equipment and stuff everyone uses.

:D I Used a Canon PowerShot A2300 and a Nikon D5600 DSLR with 150 and 300mm Lenses

I have a Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ80.
140 birds on my life list since 17 June 2020, latest bird Black-browed Albatross.
123 birds on my 2024 year list as of 2 July, latest bird Westland Petrel.
