Bird ID Quiz - MAY 2024

Postby Samsperdy » Wed May 01, 2024 8:07 pm

Ducks can be tricky; especially when they stick their heads underwater! This month's id challenge is a tricky one.

Replies will be hidden until the answer comes out at the end of May. As always, anyone can join in!

Seems like it was a tricky one this time.
The answer was in-fact a Chestnut Teal! More specifically the male drake at Travis Wetlands in Christchurch a couple years ago.
Good luck next time.
