Took me about 10 minutes to find the bird in the photo bit I'm going to guess Dunnock.

Good guesses everyone - but not quite there!

This bird is in fact a FERNBIRD and was taken at Waikanae estuary by me, here's a pic of it after it had come out of the bush.
