Oct 10 Whangamata Pelagic -- need bodies!

Hi all,

Unfortunately it's looking very unlikely our Auckland participants will be able to make the Sunday, Oct 10 pelagic out of Whangamata (Coromandel). His meand I need 3-4 interested birders to make the trip viable.

This area provides a fabulous chance to see a mix of Hauraki Gulf breeders (eg NZ Storm, Little Shearwater, Cooks Petrel), along with subant roamers and transients like Wandering Albatross, mollymawks, Mottled Petrel etc.

Depending on interest we could also explore either the Aldermen Islands or Mayor island.

Only a week away so let me know asap if you're interested :)

With 4 more people cost is only $160 for a full day. Wow!

Sounds great. Freedom! I live in auckland, 5kms from border. Cant even get to Miranda!
