wrybil bird band Ambury park

Postby Glenn Jennings » Wed Jun 22, 2022 11:42 am

Went down to Ambury park for a look and managed to get a shot of a wrybil with a bright orange leg band. Question? Does the colour of the band have any significance or are the bands all numbered? If it is of any interested to the guys that Banded it how would I let them know it was spotted?

Was just the usual suspects out there with a few banded dotterels which I hadn't seen on the shell island before. Did manage to get a couple of reasonable shots.
