SIPO reappearing back on the breeding grounds

SIPO reappearing back on the breeding grounds

The first SIPO flew over my house calling eariy last week at Rolleston (central Canterbury) and I’ve noticed a few appearing on paddocks over the last 7 days? Including a group of 8 chasing each other around and mobbing a harrier yesterday about 5km west of the Rolleston industrial area. Anybody else picking them up??
