Posted: Wed Sep 07, 2022 8:52 pm
SUMMER 2023 schedule : The Petrel Station pelagic seabird trips (Tutukaka, New Zealand).
– 5th March 2023 (Sunday) – only 1 place left
– 6th March 2023 (Monday) – only 2 places left
– 18th March 2023 (Saturday) – only 1 place left
In summer all the local seabirds are in the area in good numbers, the Gray Noddy are back, and the New Zealand Storm Petrel always put on a great show. And as the oceans warm up as summer progresses there's the possibility of semi-tropical birds making an appearance too, so there's no telling what could turn up. It's always a great day out.
