any chance of increasing the allowable file size and dimensions of photos? The programme I have on my laptop doesn't have a compress option so its a nightmare tring to rop and recrop to get pics down to an acceptable size.

Hi Andrew. I suspect you are hitting the pixel size limit. This is how much of the screen space the image will take up. Currently this is set to 800 pixels wide. Any more and it won't fit on the web page properly. Compression on the other hand essentially throws away fine details in the image, making the file size smaller (the amount of 1's and 0's used to describe the image) but not changing the amount of screen space the image takes on the web page.
All that probably doesn't help you at all. So, can you tell me what program you have to work with your photos?

Hi Michael. The problem with the file you sent will be the size. It's too big in both file size (limit is 200 KB) and pixel dimensions (limit is 800 px wide). I have emailed you back too.
