I tried to attach a couple of photos and when I press attach is says that it is invalid. What do I do now?

Hi Mary,
I'd first check the photo is within the size limits (up to 700 pixels on longest side and less than 200 KB). Also make sure the file type is jpeg (the filename extension .jpg).
