Good question. I had to look it up because I don't use the feature much.
Here is what you do:
Go to your User Control Panel (we call it UCP for short, there is a link in the upper left of each page).
There you should see a link to "Manage drafts", clink on that.
You should hopefully see your draft listed there, with a link to "Load draft". Do that and you will be ready to carry on as usual (hitting "submit" to finish your post.
