The Little Tern was still there on Sunday morning trying to hang out with a group of White-fronted Terns who were not very welcoming

Here's some pictures I took of the Little Tern at Waikane on Sunday afternoon. It was sitting off to one side of a small group of WFTs.

Here is a couple of images from Sunday morning. When you see the Little Tern near the White-fronted Terns you can see it's aptly named.

The little tern was at Waikanae Spit again this afternoon at 13:30, on the seaward side of the spit at the edge of a flock of white-fronted terns.
