Black Kite, Kaikoura

Jesse Golden and Harry Boorman report seeing a Black Kite yesterday at 559 Postmans Road, Kaikoura Flat NZ-Canterbury (-42.3642,173.6106) via eBird: "Large dark raptor with square, forked pale tail. No white rump. Rough looking bird, some flight feathers in moult."
