Poor fella. What happens after he recovers? Will he be taken to Macquarie Island or released in NZ?

I wonder if it really is "sick" or just moulting?

I had heard it had suspended its moult and tried to swim while super light and with half old, half new feathers. Aka was going to die if it wasn’t taken into care.
