Anyine know Bill Marks?

Anyine know Bill Marks?

Pied shags have a pattern of darkish lines and marks on their bills. I wonder if individual birds could be distinguished from these patterns, rather like the way individual whales can be identified from distinctive markings. Any ideas if anyone has studied this?

Many years ago I knew a Ben Marks, but no Bill. Oh, you mean lower case bill marks ;)

Bill Marks is a good mate of Albert Ross.
