Hi all,

A friend traveling NZ - Lisle Gwynn - reported to me this morning seeing a BROAD-BILLED SANDPIPER from the Godwit hide at Miranda last evening (Saturday). No other details.

Keep an eye out!

I don't think it has been seen since the original find Andrew.

A Broad-billed Sandpiper has been positively identified today by Keith Woodley from a video filmed at Miranda Dec. 3. If it is still there, it has not been reported.

The Broad-billed Sandpiper was watched from the Godwit hide on an incoming tide yesterday, but not by me.

The Broad- billed was showing well for an hour just after high tide from the Godwit hide, having been on the stilt pool earlier.
