It's time for Kiwi Call Monitoring again.
Last year I was asked to put this video together of kiwi calling as an aid for listeners.
It's rough and ready, my trail cameras were cheap and nasty (they're all defunct now).
Anyways I think I've got more video of kiwi calling in their garden than anyone else has 'in the world'.

Check out the shrill call of the male and the hoarse rasp of the female.

We've got weka too, so I've included those as they can confuse a newby.
Male weka call is slower than the female.
