Little Egret and PGP at Manawatu Estuary

Postby imogen » Sun Oct 20, 2019 2:09 pm

Latest sighting of the little egret fishing along the creek means there has been a bird in the vicinity on and off for over a year now. Be nice to know if it is the same bird but great viewings of a rare bird regardless.

Arrival of a Pacific golden plover in moulting breeding plumage today. Good numbers of godwit and more knots arriving everyday.
