what shag is this?

this fellow appeared at the stanmore bay wetlands this afternoon at 3pm. can someone please tell me what kind of shag it is as i cant find it in my books.

Hi Heather

Little black shag in breeding plumage. The green eye is diagnostic.

I look forward to seeing this posted on NZ Birds Online (we don't have little black shag in breeding plumage yet) :D
