Bittern Camouflage

Post by tim »

Yesterday was the first time I had seen a bittern go for a tree for cover rather than ground vegation.
From a distance you could make out the shape but the closer you were I was amazed how camo he was.
Both photos have the bittern in the frame so who can spot him

Wow, that is amazing Tim, I was quick on the 2nd one but the first took me awhile to spot. Fabulous camo indeed.
