What a great one to start the years competition with!

Start with a shorebird, the yellow to yellow-green legs comprises a limited range Calidris or Tringa spp.
Stature and body shape, as well as the pattern on the greater coverts and tertials rules out the tattlers and yellowlegs
down to just 2 species of sandpiper, sharptailed or pectoral

there is a hint of a streaked crown, but difficult to properly assess the colour,
primary projection and tail length are a dead end from this angle
the undertail and belly show hints of black speckling, and based on the assumption that this extends around to the belly and breast then:

Sharp-tailed Sandpiper
Calidris acuminata

I don't really know but will guess it maybe a sharptailed sandpiper.
