Collared petrel added to New Zealand list

The latest round of Records Appraisal Committee deliberations included assessment of a March 2011 record of collared petrel from near the Three Kings (seen by Brent Stephenson, Sav Saville, Steve Wood, Matt Jones, Detlef Davies, Ian Smith and Igor Debski). The record was unanimously accepted, and collared petrel is now officially added to the New Zealand list.
