These all have various errors:

https://ebird.org/checklist/S104968887
Fri 4 Feb 202215:00 Location Pacific Ocean 53S 162E Block Huon Valley Tasmania Australia. Wildly misplaced location.
https://ebird.org/australia/checklist/S17383829 Wed 16 Apr 2003 Rotorua City. Australian ducks not found in Rotorua
https://ebird.org/checklist/S145884789 Sat 17 Jan 2015 Queen Charlotte's Sound: includes L. Elterwater as well
https://ebird.org/newzealand/checklist/S15072935 Sat 14 Dec 2002 Muriwai Beach patrol - all birds found dead which should not be entered in eBird.
https://ebird.org/checklist/S9558805 Sun 2 Jan 1983 Station -- The Snares - Pacific Swift but actually discusses Spine-tailed Swift occurrences between 1983-86, a different species. Think all the occurrences need to be entered separately as well

Probably a Reef Heron rather than Little Blue Heron as reported.

Kia ora
This one is interesting & I agree that the dead birds should not be entered as a eBird record.

https://ebird.org/newzealand/checklist/S15072935 Sat 14 Dec 2002 Muriwai Beach patrol - all birds found dead which should not be entered in eBird.

The finding of an Oriental Cuckoo on the beach patrol was something sensational at the time ! Whilst, I was not a member of OSNZ/Birds New Zealand at that time & did not take part, I heard about the find years later. The cuckoo was found by John Simmons, who was a very capable beach patroller & was always happy to share his birding knowledge. I was advised that Oriental Cuckoo was a rufous morph & was taken to the Auckland Museum as a specimen.

It may be one of the few cases of a rufous morph being found in New Zealand.
Cheers

Not sure whether it is worth doubting a checklist from Farewell Spit from today that lists 150 Whimbrels flying overhead. From what I know Whimbrels are mostly seen as singles or maybe 2 or 3 among mainly Godwits. Is there any record of such a big flock of Whimbrels in New Zealand?

Has been altered to godwits now Bernd. According to HANZAB the most whimbrel reported in NZ from 1983-92 at once was 144 nationwide, with up to 53 at one site (Parengarenga Harbour)

Claimed sighting of a Yellowhead in Northland - 'anonymous birder' clearly doesn't realise that the Yellowhead is endemic to the South Island:
