I have these dates locked in - Sat 27th back up day Sun 28th. July
For those that went last trip, we have a bigger boat, the "Monarch"
Let me know if you are interested - it will be a full day, bring your own food etc, price will be $220 depending if the can fill the boat.
For those interested - always a good chance of seeing Shepard's beaked Whales, they showed really well last time.
Cheers - Steve.

Hi Steve,
This sounds like fun! As a newbie to Pelagics, can you provide a bit more info about where it will leave from etc, as I’ll need to travel down for it if it works out.
Cheers

Hi Charlotte,
Thanks for the interest in the proposed trip.
The "Monarch" will be leaving from Boiler point wharf (different from last time) Carey's Bay, beside the Port Otago pilot launch berth.Dunedin.
Weather permitting it will be a full day. so bring all you need for the day. Toilet on board.
Being the middle of winter I would expect it to be very cold so if you choose to join us be prepared. If you aren't a bonny sailor you best bring some sea legs as well.
Hopefully I haven't put you off

Just remember if you are booking flights the trip, It may be cancelled to bad weather so bare that in mind.
Make provision to be there Friday night for early start Saturday and remember Sunday is back up day so flights back Monday would probably be best but up to you.
