Black-collared Starling, Auckland Domain?

There is a report from iNaturalist yesterday afternoon of a black-collared Starling at Auckland Domain.

The photos look convincing - at least in comparison with eBird...

I'd wager the photo was taken in Taiwan. Looking at his other photos he has an avenue of Jacaranda in full bloom uploaded the same day, which is labelled as being taken in Auckland, and it looks like all his others are labelled as Taiwan. So the obvious explanation is that he simply put in the wrong location with the two most recent photos.
