Cattle egrets near Whanganui.

Driving north today on SH3 from Whanganui, about 3km before Kai Iwi, saw a small group (10-15) of cattle egrets flying leisurely in the opposite direction low down and close to the road. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable to pull up there to get a better view. John....
