Gooday NZ birders
My wife and I coming to NZ later this year to visit family at Christchurch. We live in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. I have a list of endemics and hope to see at least some of them during our stay over a couple of weeks. I have a NZ field guide and have just ordered a copy of the Stuart Chambers "Birds of NZ Locality Guide".
All I need now is some tapes to listen to calls of the endemics. Any advise on where to get these would be appreciated. I hope I get to meet some of you when there.

The most comprehensive collection is one of 7 CDs published by Les McPherson. I can't say I'd recommend anything else as their coverage is too patchy. Email Les on achivebirdsnz@hotmail.com
