Subantarctic Fur Seal, Himatangi Beach

This looks to be a young Subantarctic Fur Seal (A. tropicalis) - photographed earlier today by Manawatu District Council staff at Himatangi Beach and posted to Facebook this afternoon. The nearest breeding site is Macquarie Island.
