Kaikoura Pelagic June 14th 2026

Hello all,

I have booked a 7 hour Kaikoura pelagic scheduled for the 14th of June (a Sunday). We ran one back in March so we are running another one in winter with the hopes of seeing some of New Zealands winter pelagic species, that we missed out on during the March trip. The boat departs from the South Bay Marina in Kaikoura at 8am, getting back at around 3pm. The price is $150pp and there are currently 10 spots remaining (out of 19 total).

Last trip we had over 100 White Chinned Petrel, good views of Southern Giant Petrel and views of Campbell Mollymawk, on top of the other expected species around Kaikoura at the time.
