leucistic Red-bill

Hi all there has been a leucistic Red-billed Gull at Pakiri, seen a couple of weeks ago and again all afternoon yesterday. Very pale grey on mantle, normal legs and bill (slightly less bright red than an adult - subadult?) with completely white wing tips. It looks very pale in flight.
