Great day out with Sav and Wrybill Group on the Aurora. No fewer than eight species of Albatross. Numbers are my estimates - Sav, please feel free to correct/adjust if necessary.
Southern Royal Albatross 10-20

White-capped Albatross 300+

Sounds like a great trip! Don't forget to put in a rare bird report for the Arctic terns - that makes 4 that I've heard of from around NZ in the last week (and the first that I know details for in the country since 2011).
